RRC have recently been appointed under a design and build contract to deliver a new industrial building on the Fishwick’s Industrial Estate in Haydock, St Helens.

Along with the large industrial areas, the steel-framed, 10,000 sq.ft warehouse facility includes offices, staff welfare and a ground floor reception space with glazed entrance. Externally, the scheme offers parking bays, pedestrian access, a service yard, and a small wildflower area.

The project follows a series of redevelopments on the estate and is due to complete in spring 2023.
