RRC have recently been appointed to complete an internal refurbishment of the Cobden Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) including demolition and strip out, partitioning works, M&E flooring, installation of fixtures and fittings and painting and decorating throughout to include new feature walls.

As part of the project, we will also be constructing a single, flat roof extension which will provide a new entrance for building visitors, patients and employees and additional staff and visitor accommodation.

The project will be delivered within the operational Stepping Hill hospital estate and is due to complete in Spring 2024.
