BUILDING A BETTER TOMORROW STARTS WITH YOUR ENVIRONMENT.

Alterations to the Olive School, Bolton

The alteration and refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floors of the existing Olive School in Bolton to create additional teaching facilities for the school.

The works consisted of the strip out of the furniture and finishes from the existing building, installation of new partitions throughout to create the new teaching and learning spaces, new toilet facilities, new installations to the mechanical and electrical services and creation of teaching walls in line with the DfE requirements. We also designed, supplied and installed a new kitchen for the school so that meals can be prepared on site and refurbished the existing dining room facility.

Alterations to the external works were carried out to provide new fencing to the perimeter of the building along with automated vehicle and pedestrian gates.

We carried out a complete clean of the building ready for the beginning of the new school year and were able to facilitate the teachers coming into the building early to prepare as necessary for the start of term.
