This project comprised the construction of a 15,000 sqft industrial unit complete with infrastructure, car parking and all services required for the project. The building consists of a structural steel frame with composite cladding, upper floor levels with office fit out and full mechanical and electrical services installation. The external works consist of a concrete service yard, car parking, landscaping and fencing.
