The works were split into Phases and consisted of the following:

Phase 1: Internal remodelling in converting existing accommodation on ground and first floor levels of Block 2 into Science and ICT Department including new Male & Female toilets. (Section 1)

Phase 2A: Internal remodelling in converting existing Science accommodation
of Block 6 into Performing Arts Department. (Section 2)

Phase 2B: Internal remodelling in converting existing IT accommodation on
ground floor of Block 9 into General Teaching Areas including new Male & Female toilets. (Section 3)

Phase 3: Conversion of Music Rooms within Block 7 into General Teaching Areas. (Section 4)
