Rayner Rowen Construction are delighted to have secured another contract with Property Alliance Group, this time at Greenfold Way in Leigh. The project is for the construction of a 15,000 sqft industrial unit which comprises a traditional structural steel frame, external wall and roof cladding and mechanical and electrical services. The contract also includes the site remediation, associated road and car parking infrastructure, below ground drainage and new incoming services.
