Rayner Rowen Construction are delighted to have been appointed as Main Contractor for the redevelopment of Lynstock House, Bolton for Makan Investments.

The project involves the design and construction of both an extension to an existing warehouse facility, as well as the construction of new warehouse space complete with associated external works and car parking. The £5million contract is due to start on site on 15th March 2021. We are looking forward to working with Gateley Vinden, Sutcliffe Consulting Engineers and Cassidy+Ashton Architects, Building Surveyors & Town Planners on this project.
