We are delighted to announce that we have secured the Contract with the Department for Education for the refurbishment of Chorlton High School South in Manchester.

The Contract will commence in June 2020 and involves the remodelling of the existing third floor of Lowry House to provide additional classrooms and teaching facilities for two year groups from September 2020.

This will be the fourth project that Rayner Rowen have secured with the Department for Education in the past two years and look forward to continuing what has been a great working relationship.

We also look forward to working with Gleeds Management Services on this project along with the design team; Blue Sky Design Services, WML Consulting and S.I. Sealy.
