Rayner Rowen are delighted to announce that we have been notified as the selected contractor for the refurbishment of a new teaching block at the University of Liverpool Mathematics School.

The contract is for the design and build of minor alterations and new partitions to create a teaching facility for the University of Liverpool which will include associated finishes, mechanical and electrical services installation and ICT in an existing 5 storey teaching block. The contract is due to commence 29 June 2020 and will run for 8 weeks with a targeted completion date 21 August 2020. The overall contract value will be over £350k once the final scope of works has been agreed.

This is another great scheme that we have secured with the Department for Education and further enhances our already extensive education experience.
