BUILDING A BETTER TOMORROW STARTS WITH YOUR ENVIRONMENT.

Rayner Rowen are named preferred bidder for new GP Surgery for Chorley Council.

Rayner Rowen are delighted to have been named preferred bidder for the design and build of the new GP Surgery at Whittle-le-Woods for Chorley Council.

The project is due to commence in September 2020 and will replace the existing site which has more than 10,000 patients in an undersized building. The new facility will provide for the existing patient numbers as well as having capacity for additional patients as housing volume increases in the local area.

The new facility will be over two floors with the lower ground floor being used for offices, meeting / library room, staff room, toilets / changing facilities and storage. The ground floor will include the reception area, consulting rooms and treatment rooms.

Jonathan Rayner, a Director with Rayner Rowen, commented, “We are delighted to have secured this project with Chorley Council which will be a fantastic new facility in Whittle-le-Woods which will be of significant benefit to the residents in the local and surround areas. We are looking forward to working with the Council on this project and with the project manager, Pick Everard, and the design team of Frank Whittle Partnership, TRP Consulting and Complete Sustainability.”
