Rayner Rowen Construction have been awarded the contract to refurbish an existing Warehouse at the Kingsland Grange Business Park in Warrington for Property Alliance Group. The works involve the replacement of the existing mechanical and electrical services and refurbishment of the internal spaces ready for new tenants.
