Rayner Rowen Construction are delighted to have secured the contract for the construction of a new three storey office building in Lancaster. The project comprises of a stone built façade with curtain walling and punch windows and a cladded roof system. The works also involve an internal fit out of internal partitioning and partial fitout, external carpark, cycle store and associated site works.

This contract is due to commence in 25 th November 2019 and complete August 2020.
