Rayner Rowen Developments are delighted to announce the acquisition of a fantastic new site in Kendal.

The site at Aikrigg Farm site will be developed as 4 executive homes with work scheduled to commence before the end of the year.

The site was bought with a lapsed outline planning consent and RRD have secured a new detailed consent for 4 properties which will be completed by the end of 2021.

 Main contractor will be sister company Rayner Rowen Construction.
