Rayner Rowen Developments (RRD) was started by Andy Lavin in 2019 together with RRC. Andy has worked in the Northwest property market for over 30 years.  During his career he has worked for both commercial agency practices and development companies.

RRD has been set up to maximise on the benefits of being a contractor developer.  Together RRC and RRD can provide a full seamless service to landowners and clients by not only understanding client pressures but also by giving personal service from the directors, who are all directly involved in all the day to day projects.

We can draw on our own internal funds and expertise to help bring forward schemes in a professional and expedient timescale to meet and go beyond client expectations.
