Refurbishment for the Eden Boys Leadership Academy

Rayner Rowen Construction are delighted to have secured the contract for the refurbishment of the former Elbeck Centre to create the new temporary school for the Eden Boys Leadership Academy in Bradford. Phase 1 of this contract is due to commence in July 2019 and complete before the new school term commences in September 2019, with Phase 2 being carried out during 2020. The contract involves the creation of new classrooms and teaching spaces, along with the remodelling of the existing toilets, creation of an ablutions area and enhancement of the existing facilities to create a new and vibrant learning environment for the children.

Matt Rowen, a Director of Rayner Rowen Construction said,

“We are delighted to have secured another project with Department of Education, Star Academies and Mott MacDonald following the completion of The Olive School in Preston in 2018 and our recent appointment for the refurbishment of The Olive School in Bolton. Whilst temporary in nature, we are committed to delivering an excellent facility for the Eden Boys Leadership Academy which they can thrive in until their new school is built. We look forward to working with the school and further cementing our relationship with the DfE, Star Academies and Mott MacDonald.”
